Yes, very big dress issues... she'll have to get panels... I told her they were pretty expensive... this is 'sort of' exciting... this was not planned and the Daddy isn't exactly the best guy in the world, you know???? Her parents aren't exactly 'excited'
one of mine will be 8 months as well and I told her she didn't have to be in it. She took the hall pass, and I am having her do a reading instead!
Did you give her an option to opt out of being a bm? I mean this in a nice way. 8 months pregnant is close to nine and those little ones can always come early. I think a great idea would be to let her do a reading. Of course if she wants to be in it, good for her and best of luck!
Believe me, I've suggested it numerous times that if she wanted to back out, I'd totally understand. As much as I love her and want her to be a BM, I don't want her uncomfortable and unable to partcipate in things either. In the back of my mind, I was kind of hoping she'd back down... I told her that I want her to understand that she may seem okay now, but when your 8 months preggo and waddling down the aisle, the last thing you're going to want to do is stand and take pics in heals all day long with a tight dress on! But she says, 'I want to do this... I will be in it' I'll mention it again to her in a few months and see how she's feeling. I don't think she realizes just how expensive it can get to be in a wedding let alone time consuming.... I really don't understand how she'll be able to do all of it. But hey, if she thinks she can handle it, okay, but I just don't want to hear, 'Can we hold on with the pics... I need to sit and relax.'
Yea I am remembering from when I was 8 months preggers and I was at my baby shower...VERY tired just from opening gifts. I had no idea how exhausting everything was going to be. Just thought I would share lol..
I'm thinking she'll feel the same way... we'll see what she says in a few months.
