My appointment was this Thursday and I reached out to them to send my regards and warm wishes. I felt so bad when the lady called me back. She thought I was a bride who was expecting her dress and just tried so hard to help me. I told her that I didn't order a dress yet, but had an appointment this week. She started crying and telling me how hurt she was with what happened. She told me she and her kids tried real hard to save the dresses. What hurts me the most is that after all that they tried to do, they got hateful emails and calls from brides....the woman was crying and telling me the amount of hateful words she heard today! That is so sad.

I was so sorry for her. Those tears were real. She was so hurt. she ran in because she said the girls needed their dresses. She risked her life!!! She said she gave a bride her dress today and when she saw that it was smelling like smoke she said '*** do you want me to do with this?!?' The poor woman risked her life for these brides...she saved their dresses and all that they needed was to be dry cleaned which she was paying for and this is what she gets?

Thats so terrible that people are like that.
Yeah b!tch your dress smells like smoke but at the end of the day, after a fire, you should be happy you even HAVE a dress!!! People are so unappreciative.
While I understand its peoples dresses, she risked her own life to salvage peoples dresses. I feel terrible for this woman, shes seems like a genuinely amazing, thoughtful and caring woman.
My thoughts are with her.

Thats awful!!! Its not her fault that there was an electrical fire!! People are sooo heartless! She went back in to save the dresses that she could!!! Not to mention she just lost her whole business! I feel awful for the brides who have dresses there but the woman risked her life to go in and try to get the dresses!!

Aww, that is so sad. People are so mean sometimes. I mean, understand a bride being fearful that her dress is gone, but why take it out on someone, esp. when hat poor lady tried saving dresses.
