Just got back from my first bridal showcase...

...at Giorgio's. Whereas others come back and say how great it was, I am coming back and saying, 'Oh my gosh, I'm so stressed'! Nothing like talking to a ton of vendors and leaving with armfuls of pamphlets...am I the only one who thinks photo/video prices are outrageous?? And what are these light show options - 'dancing on a cloud' and 'snow-maker'??

At least the food was excellent...so much for calorie counting tonight

I haven't been to one, but I really don't have much left to book. I can imagine it would be stressful.

Any good raffles or giveaways?

There was one...it was $50 off Absolute Entertainment services, but we didn't win that. After talking with the vendors and eating, FH was a bit antsy so we took off. There may have been a lot of giveaways after that.

Did any of the vendors shy away from you because of the 2010 date?

Surprisingly, no! Most were very nice and encouraged us to set up appointments. One also said that we had bargaining power since we were an 'off' month (February).
