and OMG can I just explain to you how much I love that man? He seriously understands the definition of quality customer service. I haven't spoken to him in 16 months since I first booked and he was so nice and accommodating. Everything I asked, he immediately had an answer for, and was willing to do another sample for me since my color scheme changed.
I'm really looking forward to working with him despite some of the negative reviews FBB has been receiving lately on these boards.

i just met with him 2 weeks ago to finalize my CP - he is great! (although he said when we got there he didnt realize the appt was to see the CP so they hadnt made it up yet and we had to wait)...but once we met with him, he was great! he ended up changing it around for me, switching flowers etc. he even put together sample bouquets (not full samples but threw the flowers together so i could get an idea of it). so far im very happy with them

i cannot agree more!
long story short, it was a month before our wedding and we called FBB at around 5:15 on a saturday night and asked if we could meet with someone as we hadn't yet booked a florist. not only did joseph accommodate us, but he stayed with us until after 8pm that night!
just met with him again yesterday, and he spent another couple hours (at least!) with us reviewing everything in our contract and putting sample bouquets together. he is a man who truly loves his job, enjoys making people happy, and is an expert in his field.
i'm not going to stress one bit over flowers, as there is not a doubt in my mind that Flowers by Brian will exceed all of my expectations. I'll be sure to post photos of their work after my wedding in just a few more weeks!! :)

I used FBB and at first they were amazing everything was ready to be answered pricfe was great and they just had the best Boquets!.
Then came the day before my Wedding Day! They came out with BLUE BOQUETS! I started to have mini heart failure! Then they said they had the wrong color written down? But then I found out they fired my Sales Guy and he messed up my order! BUT They fixed it! My flowers came out so AMAZING! Look in my Album.
Honestly if I had to do it all over again I would still use them. Because it's not always going to be what you expected but they fixed their mistake and sat with me as we took stuff out and added in for like 3 hours! They also gave me a table arrangement to bring home! They did my Flowers and the Cake and EVERYTHING CAME OUT STUNNING!
