Can somebody tell me if this is good, or should I keep looking?
I was told that from the La Quinta inn, too Sand castle, IT would be $350 for two hours, PLUS 20%. That would mean for the end of the night also, I would most likely need two hours. So that's $700, plus the 20%.

sounds steep but it also sounds like what the shuttle services cost....sorry to say but it sounds close to what you are going to pay no matter who you choose for your shuttle service.

I think its pretty good! I was quoted $500.00 for each van for 2 hours in the beginning and 2 hours in the evening. Its including gratuity but its still lees than what I got quoted!!!

Sounds a little pricey ..... sometimes the RH can suggest a hotel that has a fre shuttle bus. Thats what mine did for us.

I'm paying $425 flat fee for a shuttle through the Four Points Sheraton. It's 14-passenger, 2 hours to NRC, 2 hours back to the hotel from NRC. As many trips as it can make in each 2 hour slot.
Does the LaQuinta offer shuttle service or are you looking from a limo/shuttle company?

I just wanted to add that my vans will do as many pickups and drop offs it can do in the 2 hour span as well

They do , but I think it is based upon how many rooms get booked.

How big a vehicle are you looking for?
I received quotes in the $500 total range for both ways for 2 hours in the morning (our wedding is at 11:30 am) and 2 hours at the end from the RH to the hotel.
I haven't booked yet because I'm still trying to see if I can do any better.

That quote is not bad- Try contacting Classic Coach they are the company La Quinta uses I am renting a 55 passanger charter bus from 1:30pm-11:30 pm for $1150 through them.

I went through this same thing for la quinta bc i doubt i'll make their min for a shuttle... after calling places and seeing how completely redic the prices were... i said the hell with it... everyone can drive themselves... since when do we (after paying so much already for everything else) have to cater even more to our guests... its out of control!

there are certain days that you can get 8 hours for $800 from North Fork Express ... they are a vendor on here ... I think it depends on distance .. you should call them

I was quoted $300 for 10:30am to 6pm plus 20% (so $360) for unlimited trips... to and from the hotel to the RH
