Just got some BAD news.....

I knew something would ruin the great weekend I had-- My Grandmother passed away tonight. My parents called around 6 ish to tell me... they felt so bad because they did not want to make me upset after my mini-vacation. I have to go home to NJ on tuesday for a week of planning and the funeral. She was 89 and lived a great life and was a wonderful,loving person.. I will miss her. We were planning a trip to visit her so Aidan could meet her in March.. Very Ironic... Thanks for letting me vent...

Aw Im sorry sweetie. I lost 2 of my beloved grandparents at 89 and 92 and I still miss them. I'm glad you had so much time with your grandma too. Try not to feel bad about her not getting to meet Aidan, it's hard when you have a toddler and the elderly person is not close by.
She'll be smiling down on you & your boy from now on.

I am glad she lived a good life though. Now she will see your son every single day.
And Claud is 100%- your love for your grandparents does not stop, no matter what. I remind myself that their love for their grandchild is sent down for Heaven every day also.
