Just had a pleasant experience with Men's Wearhouse 'Corporate'
FH and I went to pick out tuxes here at a store in Maryland and we were LESS than impressed with the woman we dealt with and realized when we got home we didnt get any paperwork or anything from her confirming our selection, BP info, dates, pickup info, etc.
So I emailed corporate and they got in touch with me and the woman was very concerned when I was concerned and is emailing me all of the info I need.
VERY responsive and impressive.
Itchin' to see how their Patchogue store is when I go with my family to get fitted...
