in Duane Reade. There I was on a mission to find candy for my candy bar...I found it...was happy and ran to the line. I get there, and I see the BIG signs that say 'Separate line at each register' and the cashier says it out loud..so I get on her line. What was that for. 2 women started yelling at me, and I said woah woah... do you see the signs and the cashier JUST said there are seperate lines at each register so I moved. They went on yelling saying we were on line and have been, how rude of you. And I said how am I rude when they called it? After they continued to yell I said...maybe if you weren't busy yapping you would have heard them. Yes I said yapping..LOL! It was so ridiculous arguing over a damn line when the sign is as big as day and they neglected to read it!!! Needless to say...I was rung up before them..and smiled at them as they continued yelling and said, have a nice day as I left the store!

I got...jolly ranchers, hersheys' kisses regular, and hersheys' kisses caramel because they were pretty , jelly belly's, candy sticks, big lollipops,swedish fish and candy corn

OMG - I hate Duane & Reade lines...it says it right there in front of people's face to form separate lines but yet they still stand there like zombies! Thats the thing about certain New Yorkers...they talk about the tourists but yet half of NY walks around like zombies!

I agree!!!! This occurs in EVERY Duane Reade...I guess they think its CVS or Rite Aid. This was the first time it happened to me...but I'm sure it won't be the last.

We bought different holders (huge martini glass, brandy glass, fish bowl, square vases). It looks so cute..I can't wait!! We are also going to have a sign...just not sure what it will say yet.
