Just Had My Annual Performance Review...

They LOVE ole 'thick and juicy'



seriously, i was pleasantly surprised at the great review I got. this is my first year with the company so I was a tad nervous, but the review they gave me was awesome!!!

and the stuff I was told I needed to work on was either because I haven't been given the opportunity (not my fault) or stuff that I identified for myself. in other words, there were no surprises.

It was almost embarrassing -- but not quite

now i have to talk about my raise with the head of the dept during the week i come back.

nice way to segue into vacation mode
