just had surgery - wedding 1 month away!

Hi All,
I just wanted to share that I had unexpected surgery last week for a large ovarian cyst that was just discovered. The surgery really put things (life) in prespective for me. Before the surgery, and since I was rapidly approaching my wedding on April 13, I was so stressed to get everything perfect for the wedding, etc. But, life really does happen while you make other plans, and I've totally calmed down now that I realize to always expect the unexpected. So, my advice to all the 08 gals is to just relax and enjoy your weddings - I know I will now that I'm done with this ordeal and everything turned out okay.

glad everything went well - i had the same surgery 2 yrs ago - woke me up and made me smell the roses as well

I could not agree more, I was very sick for 1 1/2 yrs and had surgery 1 yr ago and it definitely changed the way that I think.

Your wedding is coming up in 1 month. I hope you recover quickly and thanks for the good advice.
