JUST HAD TO SHARE!!!

Okay - for those of you who don't know - I had a colonoscopy today..... There is a reason i'm sharing this...

I get into the room & the doc gives me the sedative...the lady says goodnight - next thing i know - i'm in the recovery room.

The nurse asks me if i remember anything and i said...prepare for this, 'yes, i was posting on the website when i was asleep'. She had no idea what to make of it and i remember saying, 'i think i'm a little too obsessed with Long Island Weddings' and she just laughed. When she told FH, he was HYSTERICAL!!

So girls - the moral of the story is that I even think about you & posting when under major sedation!!!!

lol that is too funny. I had a colonoscopy before and I accidentally shut off the lights in the waiting room and I was still so out of it I couldn't figure out which switch I needed to turn back on. I'm surprised ur up and posting...I slept for a few hours afterwards and woke up to eat almost half a pie of pizza! lmfao

I slept for about an hour at the place...now - i'm okay...again - slightly groggy - but okay... I already had a footlong subway - i was sooooooooooooooooooooo hungry!!!!!!!!!

Thanks!!!!! I had one because i'm seeing a new gastro doc for my IBS-D that is OUT OF CONTROL...so he did it to rule anything 'severe' out & make sure it is just IBS..

OMG- too funny- they say that ppl say crazy stuff under asesthesia, but it sounds like you were in a nice lttle LIW dreamworld

WHEW! Thank god it wasn't because he suspected polyps or something ... my mom worked at a gastro for 10 years and so I know all the reasons they order them ... I mean, IBS is serious .. you know what I mean, right????

that is too funny! i have to keep my self from using liw termonology in daily life ALL the time!

i hope the results come back good!!!

how ya feeling? my parents each had one not too long ago and i know they were a lil out of it for a few hours after.
