just had to share..

what FH and I are doing right now..

we are sitting 5 feet away from each other, each of us on our laptops searching like crazy for a honeymoon location!!

tripadvisor.com is our new best friend!!

today we went to a travel agent for ideas (we have noooo idea where we want to go) and walked out more confused than when we walked in!! so now we're looking through all our pamphlets trying to find our dream honeymoon!

where are you ladies going? (or really want to go???)

I think FH and I are going to Florida, a few days at disney resort, a few days in discovery cove, maybe some time in Florida Keys. I really only want to do the disney and the keys but FH wants to go to discovery cove so we will see.

HAHA...we've been talking honeymoon a lot lately too. We've narrowed it down to either a Caribbean cruise or Grand Canyon/Vegas/Yellowstone/Napa Valley (or some combo of that).
Bottom line, our $ situation + vacation time from work will probably dicate what we do, which I'm fine with. This is not something I'm very picky about - I just want to go somewhere I've never gone. (Though, if we do the West Coast thing, I have been to Vegas...but we'll only go there for a day or two).

I'd LOVE a Canadian eco-tour. I love Canada.

We are thinking about going to the Maldives, Fiji, or Bora Bora.

Some places other people I know have gone to are Hawaii and Greece.

I really want to go on an African Safari, but FH thinks I am crazy!

I have also heard that Barbados is gorg! I have been to the Grand Caymans and loved it! We are going to go there for our anniversary,

We cant make a decision either. On my list: tahiti, Fiji, Australia, South Africa, Italy

Have you been to Hawaii? I went to Maui 2 yrs ago and it was amazing..definitely a good honeymoon spot

We're going on a 9 night cruise to Bermuda, St Thomas, St Marteen and Puerto Rico. It leaves out of New Jersey, so there's 5 days of cruising. We liked this because

a) its affordable
b) we get to see a lot of different places (which come with a variety of different excursions)
c) we wanted the relaxation of a beach without being stuck in the same place for the entirety of our honeymoon and without the annoyance of having to move hotel rooms every couple of days.

We're cruising with Royal Caribbean. If you have any questions feel free to ask!

haha fh and i do that all the time....sit on the couch together but both of us on our laptops

what kind of honeymoon are you looking for? more like an island where you do nothing but relax on the beach or are you looking for more to do (sightseeing, excursions, etc?)

Aww cute! We definitelty will do soemthing tropical, but no real ideas yet. Once our timeshare schedule opens up for September 2010 we will look more hardcore.

FH has caviar dreams on a tuna fish budget! ideally, he'd like to go to greece AND italy...but i think lately weve decided on the carribbean. as long as it's got beautiful beaches with clear water and its all inclusive, i'm in!
