Oh I am so aggravated at one of my vendors......I am not a bridezilla but I know what I want........and I will be happy!...so it doesn't matter to me that other brides are okay with it...because I'm not.....ok thanks for letting me vent...vent over.

I agree! Stand your ground! You are their customer and are paying them, therefore they should do their service how you want them to.
I work for my dad who has his own business and I am usually appalled at how others run their businesses. Good luck!
