just passed my real estate test!!

im so excited!!! if anyone needs an agent in the next few months...ill be training for a few, but then im there for you all!! im so happy right now!!

be careful with Century 21.. they aren't the BEST one out there and they make you sign a contract.. you end up working your butt off and making ZERO money.. you're better off working with a smaller company.

Yes, I am..

I know of a couple of gf's who work for Century 21's.. FMIL also started out working at a Century 21 and told me all about it.. luckily her company sponsored me.. but it's ridiculous how much you have to give some of these people in order for them to sponsor you..

Best of luck to you.. THe only advice I can give you is to be positive and keep going... it's not as glamorous as I thought, however, as long as your realistic about it, you'll be ok..don't let rejection get to you and MARKET yourself.. get out there!
