I've dealt with one person at my RH who as been absolutely wonderful. and that's just it, it has only been just ONE person. Everyone else rushes me off the phone, doesn't give me any worthwhile answers to any of my questions and are not willing to work with me. My wedding is next saturday and the all the joy and excitement has left the building months ago. I can't wait til this whole process is over.

don't worry though - you'll be back to happy & excited on the day of your wedding and it will be great!
ETA: it's normal to be sick of it all, not normal for people to be rude to you. Sorry you have to deal with stupidity

most halls, you DO only deal with one person... otherwise if too many people are involved, then there is more of a chance of mis communication and things getting screwed up.
i wouldnt worry about it at all!
