Just read the book Twilight and I need to see the movie....

Has anyone seen the movie? Is it just as good as the book? I feel like a teenager lol at first I wasn't crazy about the book with the HS setting but when the details about Edward started, I was ****** in. I have to wait 2 weeks to get the movie bc it doesn't come out on DVD til march 21st

I feel like an obsessed little girl....I think I need to stalk my registry to get my mind off of it

That was harsh but it so did not live up to the book.

ITA aggree the book totally ***** you in. The movie did not do it any justice!!! I read the whole series in less then 2 months That is alot of pages

Every book I read that turns into a movie stinks but I'm always curious to see how they are similar and different.

I felt the same way with PS I Love you -- the movie was terrible compared to the book but the actor who played Gerry was nice to look at lol.

Every book I read that turns into a movie stinks but I'm always curious to see how they are similar and different.

I felt the same way with PS I Love you -- the movie was terrible compared to the book but the actor who played Gerry was nice to look at lol.

I aggree also I spent the whole moving comparing to book I am still going to watch the 2nd one when it comes out.

the book was so good that the movie doesnt live up to it... they did stick to the story though so its not bad, just not as good as the book. Im obsessed with Rob Patz He is HOT as edward but kristen as Bella .... she is terrible.. actually painful to watch her act.. I hope they give her acting lessions for the next two movies

I agree they could have found a better Bella. I know Bella in the book is very plain but their is still something about her. But Kristen brings no life to bella.

i'm reading the book now. my friend did both and said the movie was NOTHING like the book and it was disappointing. but i haven't seen it myself, however i LOVE LOVE LOVE the book, so i'd be a tough critic!

I read the book and I saw the movie. Although the movie didnt have as much detail as the book I liked the movie alot! I even dragged FH to see it and he liked it too.

Im reading eclipse now...the 3rd book i am so happy to see this post because i thought it was just me who was obsessed lol! i read 3 of these books in 2 weeks.....i couldnt put them down....I only have 1 left and i feel a little sad lol

you can pre-order the dvd its coming out 3/21 i already ordered mine i'm like the crazy 13 year old fangirls i saw the movie twice in the theater!!! u gotta finish the rest of the series its amazing!

Me too! I dragged FH to see it TWICE. The book and the series is amazing. The movie was good but not as good as the book. I just love the romance behind Edward and Bella. I hope New Moon is better! That's coming out in November of 2009!

I totally agree ! Kristen Stewart was HORRIBLE !

I actually thought the movie was okay.. I thought the first hour was pretty bad and the second hour was edited perfectly but that is JMO...

FH went with me to see it and as much as he made fun of me for reading the books he liked the movie a lot! I was definitely surprised!

I didn't finish the book yet, but I saw the movie with a bunch of people that are totally obsessed with the book and although they didn't think the movie was as good as the book they all liked the movie. Having not read the book and only seeing the movie, I thought the movie was good.

Talk about obsessed..I read all 4 in two weeks! They were great....movie...not so much...but I went into it thinking it was going to be terrible so then I wasn't disappointed. Enjoy!

movie was okay, book was amazing.

New Moon is 'supposed to be better' but thats because they have a much higher budget and Dakota 'i can do anything' Fanning is in it (i hate her, btw)

Anyway... my bf got a pre-release of the dvd and im going there to get it and watch it now. I'll think of you girls <3
