I've got a bad feeling about it! They were really snippy when I called and I've seen the reviews on here so.............Well I dont have a choice really I cant find anyone else that carrys the gowns I want to look at. I know they get your gowns in on time and that alterations go well so I guess I just have to suck up the attitude right?

I heard the one in Carle Place was a little better. . I went to the one in Massapequa and did find them pretty rude. They were always very busy, and we had to wait a LONG time for our fittings and to pick up our dress, but they came out great.

I think they are snippy because they are so busy. It wasn't too bad, and I'd consider going there since they did such nice alterations.

ETA: I had gotten my BM dress there for my friend's wedding this past July

I got my dress, a Jasmine, at Bridal Reflections in Carle Place. I've always found the staff to be very polite and helpful.

Did you ever consider trying them on with your girls at BR and then ordering by phone through one of the other shops?

I was a BM once and we got our BM dresses at BR in Carle Place. Everything was OK - the service was not spectacular and they measured me a little too big, but everything worked out find in the end and they tailored the dress to fit me.

I got my gown and my BM dresses there and every time I went there they were very nice and were extremely helpful. Not snobbish at all in my opinion. I think you should go and formulate your own opinion.

I went to both stores and they were very nice to me. First I went to Massapequa and they didn't have a specific dress I was looking for so they called Carle Place to see if they had it. Once she found out she did, she asked if they could put it in a dressing room for us b/c we were heading over and they did.

Thanks girls! I feel a little better. I guess I will have to wait and see right? Sorry I wasnt on last night to say thanks I had school. I live in Massapequa but I dont care about traveling, Im just so done with the whole BM dress experience I just want to get them ordered and done with.

Which one are you going to? I was just there last week in their Carle Place location. My little cousin works there wed. and sun. They weren't too bad at all. The girl gave me 3 rooms and let my girls invade (litteraly) the bm section. Our helper was out there ready to pin everyone up. They weren't the nicest bunch but I've gotten alot more attitude elsewhere. Don't worry
