Just started WW!!!

anyone have any helpful tips or suggestions?? i am doing it on my own, not going to the meetings (cant afford it right now ) thanks girls!

Congrats!!! There are a bunch of us on WW!! My best advice - drink the H2O!!!!!!!! That's the one thing I consistently do right!
