Just took in

another feral kitten! She is about 6 months old right now. I have been feeding her mom for a while, but she is not very nice and actually bit me once... I ended up in the ER.
Anyway the mom left the kitten in our backyard (there was only one in the liter) and comes back every few days. Lately she has been acting really vicious towards her... SO I couldn't take it any more. Between that and the fact that its getting so cold out!
We took her Saturday to get her shots, tests, and get spayed.. Her tests came back negative!
She is now recovering in my bedroom away from the cat I already have, who was a feral I took in about a year ago.
DH said he is going to divorce me if I take in another animal :) But I cant help it!!!
Anyway she doesn't have a name yet, and I am worried about introducing her to my adult cat.
Any advice????

I'll ask my DH his opinion, someone else asked him this, but I forgot his answer.

I think one of the suggestions was to put the new kitten in a crate, and let your cat smell him and get used to him.

Thanks for the suggestion. I am going to start to introduce them tonight, but they'll still be in separate rooms until I feel comfortable.
Please ask your DH if he has any other suggestions..
