just venting

uh im sooo pissed!! i resigned from my last job in the beginning of august/late july.... and i had PURPOSELY NOT used my vacation and sick days b/c i wanted them to pay for my airfare and hotel $$$ for Vegas. (which it wouldve covered) and then all i had to do was save up for things like the chapel, eating out, gambling, spending $, etc.... i recieved the first of 3 checks i shouldve gotten. i went saturday to pick up my second and its no where to be found and i am no longer in the computer. they are saying they dont owe me what my last stub says and that i actually owe them something like 4 sick hours!! so now i may be out some 128 hours of pay and to make matters worse, i just checked the rates again for the Luxor hotel, to put my deposit down, and the rates are now like an extra $50!! im SOOO pissed!!! i dont know what im gonna do now. i guess live on Raman noodle soup til after the wedding

I think we all are!!! Do you have any proof that they owe you sicktime- like an old paystub or something?????That just sucks!

In all seriousness... Sorry to hear that, but if you are right there should be some way to prove it. Did you give them 2 weeks before you left? Some jobs take from holiday if you don't. Good luck
