we took 3 registries BBB, Fortunoff's, & Macy's and did pros and cons for each one. How they can improve to make it better, etc...

PLUS it was videotaped, and 2 guys in black suits sat in the back and took notes. I guess they were from 1 or 2 major companies. They were both very FBI looking

I think those guys were ringers from Fortunoff. They left right after we went on to Macys.

I knew it! That's why I didn't register for the focus group. When Ron said that there would be a $50 gift card from a popular place to register, but didn't say where, I knew that this had to be a 'how can we get people to like Fortunoff better?' thing (it's not like Corporate BBB or Macy's would care about what a little web site thought of their registry). Remember how that woman who works at Fortunoff would post on the message boards when people complained about their registry there? She must have set this up.

Anyway, glad you guys had fun! Hope you get to use your $50, and that they don't discontinue what you buy 10 minutes after you buy it.
