just wanted to share.....

yesterday was my birthday and i was supposed to go out to dinner with my mom, her boyfriend and my best friend.....FH couldn't go bc he has work and it is usually really hard for him to get a weekend day of off work.......he told me that his boss wouldnt give him the day bc he said his #'s were too low (He is a cop in the city) so anyway.....me and my BFF go to my mom's and we all pile in the car and off to benihana's we go..(my favorite) and i call FH to tell him we are on our way and make sure he got to work ok....(he usually calls me when he gets there but i never got a call from him) but he didnt answer.......so a few minutes later text messages me that he cant talk bc they were getting yeld at by his Captain.......so we get to benihanas and we go inside and are waiting for our table and as we are waiting FH walks inside with a HUGE bouquet of red,white,pink, and lavendar roses!!!! He made my whole day......all day i was so down bc i hadnt seen him in a couple of days bc our scedules are so conflicting right now and all i wanted for my birthday was to spend time with him.......i was so happy.......and so thankful that im going to spend my life with him!!! anyway so sorry this is sooo incredibly long but i wanted to share with you guys! thanks for listening!

That's wonderful! I know what you mean about being down about conflicting schedules. My FH is also a cop in the city and it is so hard to make time to see him.

yea it stinks bc im in school from 8-3 and then work till 9 and he goes in at 6 pm and works till 2 in the morning!!! but school is over soon and hopefully that will change

cute!! Happy birthday! My FH is also a cop in the city, although his schedule isn't too bad...he works midnight to 8 and then sleeps during the day when I'm at work...
