My mom had passed away when I was 16 years old from breast cancer. Back in March my best friend went to a pyschic and my mom came through to her. She said a lot of things that verified who she was... how she died, my zodiac sign, my name (well kinda close), I was getting married, me and my fiance were together for 5 years.. etc. To get to the point she said that on my wedding day there will be a sign that she will be there with me and that sign is going to be lavender. I had absolutly no idea what could be lavender since I am getting married in December and have a Christmas theme. Plus I am really skeptical to the whole pyschic thing. So I said if something happens, it happens.
Fast foward to yesterday.. I had my first Pre-cana meeting and we were required to attend church. A man who worked for the church was asking everyone when they are getting married. We told them ours was Dec. 4th and how excited I was because I love how the church looks during Christmas. He proceeded to tell me that the day we are getting married is during advent and that the whole church is decorated in light purple. The hairs on my arm stood up. I am just so happy, even if might not be anything, that I will feel that she will be right next to me on my wedding day.
Just wanted to share. Hope everyone who lost someone close knows that even though they are not there with you physically, they will be there with you in spirit. Thanks for reading.

aw that is so fabulous. . and you are right to just embrace it as a sign even if there are doubts. . I always feel like we can choose to disprove thing. . go with the rule of coincidence or just take it and let ourselves be happy about it!! so enjoy that!!!

That is truly amazing!!! My best friend passed away 2 years ago and she has been coming through to a person that her mom knows. Just the other day her mom told me that she said she would be at the wedding and we should look for a sign..

That is an amazing story. I'm crying and have goosebumps!! That's twice today a LIW girl made me cry in a good way! I totally believe in signs from above and your Mom will definitely be watching her little girl get married with a proud smile!!!

I had a dream about my dad ( he passed away when i was six), in my dream i asked him if he was going to be at my wedding.. he said,,, not in the physical sense, but he will be there....spooky.. but sooooo comforting!!
I am actually hoping to go to a psychic soon...

Your so lucky!!! That is so beautiful, and it did give me the chills. My mom died when I was 14, and I always wish she would give me a sign one day. I have never dremt of her speaking to me 'from the otherside' like others do, I have never had a psychic give me a message from her, although I have visited many psychics. I have always wished that this would happen to me. You are so very, very lucky.
