Just went to a baby shower at South of the Border in Levittown.

I live down the block from them and my cousin lives like 10 minutes away. This is her favorite restaurant. We decided to check them out on Valentines day and they were so GOOD. Iam not a big fan of Mexican But this one of the best restaurants. When you are done All the ladies get a rose. So cute. My cousin had her baby shower there today and it was so fun and the food was good. If you are ever looking for a small place to have dinner please check them out. They are on Wantagh Ave in Levittown. Even after the baby shower today all the ladies got a rose.

We just passed by there at 5pm.

It's so weird to be in that part of Levittown, I don't think I've been in that area since 1995 when I worked there. There's a Stop & Shop on the corner of Wantagh Ave and Hempstead Ave!! Couldn't believe it.

I'll have to tell my freind about the restaurant. She lives near there. I'm sure she knows it but don't know if she's ever been in it.

I've gone there a bunch of times and have always enjoyed it. Great atmosphere in the place too!

surprisingly, being a vegetarian is kind of difficult there, HOWEVER, if i do recall, they have an awesome cheesecake thing...yum!

That's good to know. FH & I LOVE Mexican and pass that resturant all the time, but were never sure how good it was. They also opened a new resturant by me on Central Ave. in Bethpage call MANGOES which is supossed to be GREAT. it's always packed!

cocoa, DH and I are vegetarian and didn't find it difficult there. We talked to our waitress who talked to the kitchen and got everything worked out for us. They were very accomodating.
