just when i thought nothing else could go wrong....

this morning...ONE WEEK before our wedding....FH was moving stuff at our new house & he lost his balance & his foot landed on an old hutch/cabinet thingy...right on the glass that went THROUGH his sneaker & gashed his foot. sooo we spent the monring in the ER with his foot getting stitched...they gave him CRUTCHES and told him to stay off his foot for TWO WEEKSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

can u imagine?!!?!

hes gonna stay off it this whole week & hopefully by saturday he can at least make it through the wedding mass without the crutches..and they can take them away for the pics...and for the dances....URGHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

i'm hoping for a quick recovery too!!!!! hehe!!! ESPECIALLY since we are going to DISNEY for our honeymoon next monday!!! thats obviously a lot of walking...wonder if i'll have to push him in a wheelchair for our honeymoon? thats not so romantic!

he sliced his foot right on the bottom of the arch..from side to side...in the WORST spot possible.

oh well...couldve been worse i guess. i'm just glad hes ok...

after what we went through a few yrs ago (he was in a near-fatal accident atwork)...this is a cake walk!!!

i can't wait to marry him...banged up hoof & all!

OMG at least he is ok and didnt break anything. Tell him to keep off his feet as much as possible-keep it raised and above his heart ALL THE TIME! That should definitely help!!!

ps....poor guy's bachelor party is tonite too!!! on crutches!! he can't win!!!

I know you are upset because it will put a damper on your wedding (I would be too), but to think a few years from now you will laugh when you look at the pictures and retell this story!!!!!

oh no!!! poor Billy, glad he is okay though!! Hes tough im sure if he relaxes he will be able to make it through the ceremony and pictures at least!!!

OMG!!! He should be ok in a week.. Hopefully the stitches aren't in a really bad spot where he will be totally uncomfortable.. Awww.. Hope he feels better!!!!
