That actually happened to me recently. I didnt bother with them, that was too weird for me.

I did and I actually never received one. I contacted her for the quote (she was to send it by email), and apparently forgot to send it. She emailed it to me right away.
It's not a huge deal. I think sometimes some of the florists need to check their costs for certain items.
