Is anyone else not living with your FH? We don't live together- but we are working on buying a place and will probably move in together like a month or so before the wedding.
We have lived together for almost 4 years now..we actually own a co-op together.
for three years we had separate apartments, but mine was a waste of money because I was always at his (i had a roommate). We finally moved in together in 2005
We werent going too but my older son got really sick in November and I was at the hospital with him 24/7...Jeremy ended up moving in to help with the little guy etc........

Nope. We wanted to but figured we'd save money if we stayed with our parents until the wedding. We will get an apt right before the wedding and he'll move in there and then after the wedding i'll move in. I think its more special that way.
i will be moving my things just before the wedding but i will not stay there until after.

we lived together once before, years ago, for six months and it wasn't working and we broke up for a little bit after that...so it was important for us to live together to make sure we could w/o killing each other!!![]()
we live together in my parents house. we share my room. only thing is i dont sleep in there with him. i am in another room when i sleep.

jeannette you live with his parents in their upstairs apt or with your parents in their upstairs apt? I am just curious to see how it is working out. when FH gets back from japan we move in together in the apt upstairs in his parents house.
but this month that FH is home i am pretty much sleeping at his house the whole time. and his grandmother did my laundry the other day. i kinda flipped on fh i felt bad...because she shrank my fav pair of jean capris!!!and also i dont need his grandma seeing my undies

but she lives with his family- obviously in the main part of the house but there is an enterance to our apt through outside and through the house so she sneaks up there through the house! i told fh that we should get new locks! i dont really need her coming into our apt when we are at work and already MARRIED switching things around, cleaning, washing etc....

We don't live together, but since we're still in college, we couldn't afford it even if we wanted to. Plus my mom would have a cow if I moved in with him before we were married.
FH and I were best friends for years before we started seriously dating, so as soon as we knew we wanted to be together, we moved in together within a month or 2. Then we bought our house 6 months later!
I couldnt have asked for a better Step father for my boys
