Here's the link from a previous Brides helping Brides post:

I think the buy one get one half is only good today, and since they're onlu 99cents it's a huge deal!

I must do this!! How many did you all order? I have a minimum of 175 guests. I was thinking 60?

K-Mart Flip Flops

I bought only 36 pairs, because we're having 100 people and figuring half will be women and not everyone will want them.

I bought 70! Figured 100 women tops and not everyone would wear them either. Great deal!

So I ordered 80 pairs in navy blue last night (overkill but they were such a good price!). They were ready by this morning! I picked them up at the Farmingville K-Mart. If any of you girls order from that particular K-Mart just know that when you pick up go to customer service in the front of the store. The confirmation e-mail will say to go to the Layaway department. The color was good and I was excited because I didn't want spend a ton of money on flip flops and was prepared to settle for black of it was cheaper.
