I emailed her my bpic choices about a month ago...she never responded.

I emailed her again a few days ago...she never responded.

I'm not concerned about having them for the wedding...I don't want to be carting racy pics of me all over Connecticut...but I would eventually like them.

Has anyone heard from her recently?

I took them in March, and I got the proofs (or whatever they are called) right away. I didn't wind up picking the ones that I want until the beginning of October, but I don't understand why she hasn't messaged me back since I sent her my choices.

it took me months to get my album, she told me that it would take a month but it took 1.5-2 months, I got my album the week of the wedding

I'm so glad I used Jenerations.

I think this sort of thing is so unprofessional after you guys paid good money for this.

I completely agree. This is insaneeee

i understand 'speeding up' if a girl gets her pics done close the to the wedding as a request of the customer.

but just because your wedding is in november doesn't mean she should slow down.

i know you said you waited til the beginning of october to place your order -- but the other girls who experienced this didn't.

and *** is she doing that she's taking a month and a half to print the album and send it in the mail?

Yeah, I would understand if she needed extra time to make the album (since I waited awhile to pick the pictures).

However, I emailed her to ask if she ever got my choices and she didn't even answer that...that's the part that bothers me. Because she just kinda...vanished.
