i had a trial tonight with karen at 630 and she still isnt here. it is now 745. what do i do? i confirmed with her today after her not responding to my last email with the time confirmation.. and she said she'd be here... she took my number, so she should have called to say hse wouldnt be here on time or at all...?? what do u think?

Its over an hour and if you are going to be late at least call, so i think thats unacceptable. I mean how do you trust them for your wedding...Wait a little bit though, maybe something happened, you never know but if nothing happened then its not right at all

I know! Thats what my parents said; what happens on the wedding day. Not a good first impression.. I don't know what to do.

Like I said wait to see if maybe something happened, but otherwise i would personally have a hard time trusting the person after...Not only that but its good to feel comfortable with all your vendors and have good relationships, otherwise you just stress out about it...Sorry this happened

Hopefully Karen is OK. It is VERY unlike her not to have called you. She's always so responsive and more than punctual. She has been there for me even for non makeup stuff, both via phone and e-mail. I really hope she's OK.
I'm sorry that you were waiting for her.
