KARMA!

SO we booked our Limo's today.

There is an error in the contract, we booked a party bus for 6 hours and a rolls for three. When the woman transferred over our quote to the contract that we signed and everything, she forgot to add the price of the rolls & gratuity on the rolls-- BUT she did write bus AND rolls on the contract. So technically our contract calls for both vehicles for the price of just the bus.

I noticed when I got home and I'm sure they'll notice too. And I could be a stickler and tell them- not my problem YOU wrote and signed the contract.... but I just don't feel right about it!

So I'm going to call Monday to tell them and get a new contract sent out to us ASAP.

I guess I can check this off my list, but still have more to do for it....

Would you do the same?

Hey maybe you're right and we're both out of the loop!

so just a little side note-- if he revises the contract to the CORRECT price it will not be the best price!!!

Now what do I do?? I think I'll just tell him about the mistake, see what he can do and if he insists on raising the price I'll tel him that I want my money back due to the contract being invalid.

Do you think that will work?


(and yes- I just sort of meant that what goes around will come around!)

As tempting as it would be yes I would call and tell them-I'm a firm believer in what goes around will come around...so if you don't I think something else would happen that would come and haunt you...that's just my opinion though.

I have a good feeling that they might throw something in for you guys just for being so honest!
If they don't they're fools to not do something for you being an honest customer!

I would be scared they would be late or forgetful.

You won't regret doing the right thing. Hopefully they will be appreciative you did!
