I know what to do on the Big Island and Maui, but I'm still a little clueless what to do on Kauai. Anyone have suggestions?

windsurfing ziplining snorkeling Hiking The Kukui Trail (about 5 mi. round trip) which drops 2,000 ft into Waimei Canyon my faves!

The national tropical botanical gardens is really nice. they have a riding tour. Waimea canyon is nice as well. The restaurant called The beach had great food.

Waimea Canyon take a snorkel trip or boat tour of the Napali coast snorkel at Tunnels Beach Go to Hanalei (where South Pacific was filmed) eat lunch at Puka Dogs make reservations for a sunset dinner at the Beach House Restaurant Hike the Kalalau trail (at least the first part of it - you'll get an amazing view of the Napali coastline). It's a difficult hike, but worth it. helicopter tour or fly trikes or ultralights
