It sound foreign to me. I guess I don't do those things. ha ha. But then again I don't know what I would do with a hot water thing bc I don't have a house... well i'm not homeless I live in a home... but it's an apt... so I guess I'm not exposed to those things too much! ha ha... I recently found out that people get gas deliveries... gas or oil?? Ehh one of them. ha ha... sorry ,,, sometimes I am a smart girl... and then with other topics I am a big airy dope!

Awwww, you're funny!!!! Donna rents, and is really hoping to buy, so she doesn't want to invest in a water softner, that removes hard water minerals from their tap water. Hard water can do big damage to appliances, and your hair!!!!! She has a water filter hooked up to her shower head, and then, bought a Brita filter, and put it on the kitchen sink faucet, where she usually fills the pet water bowls. She did this because before the Brita, she noticed that a pink scum would get ontop of the pet's water. Eeeeuuuuwwww!!!! So, then she decided to buy a filter for the whole house, which my Husband will attach to the main water line coming into Donna's townhouse.
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! Oh. ha ha! Ok. That makes sense. I have cats too... so I know what their water is like. well we change it constantly bc one cat just has this obsession with putting her food in it... and then it just gets all gross.
I think someone was talking about that kind of water filter... the one on the faucett... not the filter to the whole house on the main water line.. just the faucetts. didn't know you could do that. Interesteing. Thanks for the info! Now I am a little bit smarter!
