I'm planning on ordering my Ketubah from Yussel's Place or one of the other Judaica stores. How much time do you need for it to come in? And what information do you need to bring when you order it? Hebrew names, etc?

We ordered ours from an independent artist that we found over the internet. It took a few weeks to come in. We needed to give her our names in english and hebrew, parents names in english and hebrew, location and date of wedding. Then she sent us a PDF mock draft so we could check it and also so our rabbi could check it to make sure the hebrew characters were the way they should be.

We ordered ours from there. The Rabbi was with us and filled out most of the info. Hebrew names (yours and parents). Wedding info. I think we ordered ours in like May for July wedding.

What if your parents don't have Hebrew names, or don't know them???
Also, where can one find a ketubah? Are they only in Jewish boutiques?

I would say a few weeks should would be plenty of time, but you should ask them for an estimated time line just incase.

You can get your parents' hebrew names off of their ketubah.
