Kickboxing again...

So, I'm happy I survived yet another week of kickboxing...ALL my clothes are falling off me! It's a grrreat feeling... But.... at the same time... I'm ALWAYS sore and achey! When does it STOP! When does your body get used to it already!! LOL

Well, I left my gloves at home today, and ribbed a few layers of skin off my knuckles cuz I just kept on punching...too hard for my hands to handle. LOL. From now on I'm leaving ALL my kickboxing stuff in my MOHs car! LMAO! ha

How's everyone else's diet plans working out?? Anyone want to join...who live near East Islip..? LOL...It's an awesome class!!!

I am doing kickboxing tooooo!!!!!IIts sooo worth it!! I just recently saw the one in EI I go to the one in copiague..I love it!!! and iam in my 5th week of personal trainning...talk about sore!!!!!!!!!!!!! i think my a$$ checks are still shaking!!!! Good Luck

Haha... me too...but in the long run it's soooo worht it! I'm down not one but TWO dress sizes. I'm finally getting back to my normal size. I blew UP when my Father passed away... so I KNOW that I dn't want to be this weight for my most amazing day of my lif lol.

It's in East Islip on Carlton Ave ... right off Sunrise...South. It's in a Karate place... and the class isn't too big...YET. LOL. Christmas time that place PACKS out... that's why I stopped going last year. This year, NOPE...NOT gonna happen! Need to be size 6 for my weding.
I'm wearing a size 9 denim skirt right now that I wasn't able to fit in in about 5 years!!!! Sooo happy! I was size 17 when I just got engaged.!!! EW! Can't wait to post before and after pics! Still got more to go!

OH...forgot to say how much it is. LOL
It's 10 a class...it's an hour class. So far I can ONY go once a week... but I do the regular gym two other days. :) If you want to go 3 or more timesa week...it's best t pay monthly, which i think then you get a class or two for free or something. I pay by the class b/c my MOH and I are still working out a way to attend every week 2 x a week. LOL. Oh well....
