Kicking Miserable $#%! out of my wedding

Hey ladies

I need to vent !!

Today my cousins came to visit me from queens and one of them was babysitting one of our so called friends child... well no longer MY FRIEND!
She had just returned from school with her boyfriend and everything was going fine until my cousin mention the appointment for the vendor I will be seeing today. When out no where this girl starting saying ' why are you getting married ? Your so stupid ' ' Didn't your mother teach you better ? '
Which my response was ' Because I want to and so does my fiance ' ' Yes my mother did teach me better that's WHY!!!!! I'm getting married '

She then continues to say ' It's doomed to fail your gonna waste all that money .... ' Then her boyfriend adds on ' Yeah and than waste some more getting a divorce '
I said ' No it won't '
Her boyfriend says ' Truth hurts like a wisdom tooth'

Which my response was ' Just cause you two hate eachother and are stuck with eachother because u planned to have a baby while your boyfriend was still in rehab and you have no money job or pot to piss in and YOUR relationship is doomed to fail doesn't mean mine is I LOVE! my fiance '

Than her boyfriend adds ' Marriage is like a bear crawl ' But than he goes off and says ' well maybe in a few years I'll change my mind ' His girlfriend says ' Oh not to me , I'm never getting married , it's the stupidest thing to do '

My cousins were defending me and saying they want to get married too. Than she called them stupid as well.
I mean what the hell? What in the world did these two smoke? A few weeks ago they were the ones saying congratulations and wanting to see my ring and asking me when the wedding was.

I should have expect this out of her ...but not her boyfriend I was friends with him for a few years and he was a nice guy until he hooked up with this girl .... The same girl the offended my cousin when she said she was gonna baptize her baby on Christmas and her response was ' Your gonna baptize your baby on Christmas ? That's f****** gay '

My cousins told me not to let it bother me that she's just hating on me cause shes jealous!! I agree!! Atleast I have someone that WANTS!!! to be with me not someone that just TOLERATES me.

Do you ladies believe I have the right to kick them out ?
Sorry it's a bit long but I needed to vent to you all cause you pretty much all I have since no one else around me ( friends, family ) is getting married or planning on it .
I feel so alone sometimes .....

OMG!!!! I would be sooo beyon P'd off..... How is having a child out of wedlock and such better than getting married and going through life stable... too me.. like you pointed out.. your mom did teach you the right way if you are getting married before planning on starting a family... for her to say that all marriages are destined to fail is like her saying that just because her and her bf will stay together just because they aren't getting married... all relationships are suceptable to ending.. i think getting married means that you are more commited to eachother than if you didnt get married... just my opinion... I'm not saying that if you were to have children before you get married that you are a bad person... i have friends that have.. things happen.. however to have a kid with someone and to think of never marrying them is beyond me... I am with you on this one.. kick them out... and then when the question why they weren't invited... just say.. why would i invite you if you are against the whole idea of marriage and you think we are destined to fail!!!!!!!!! JEEZZZZZZZ

Don't worry about it Hun... i'm sure you and your FH will have a beautiful and happy marriage!!!

Thanks cherish ...

atleast I know I'm not overreacting. I know they are just miserable people out in this world but when 'friends' are the ones spreading it ...it's a shock. My cousins had babies before getting married ... it's not a big deal at all she has all the support from the family especially me I'm one of the babys godmother. It's this girl who had nothing no job not in school bouncing from one couch to another at friends houses including MINE!!! I took her in when she had no place to live!! Then finally getting her boyfriends mother to let her stay in his room while he was away.
Cheats on her boyfriend and than makes a baby with him when he returns from NJ.

She has the nerve to judge my choices She must have been drunk

What a F******G B***H!!! You were totally right!!! She would have swallowed her teeth had she been talking to me!

Where do people find the nerve??? I'll never get it

Absolutely kick them out!!! You are sooooo not over-reacting! I agress with you and with what the other girls said...they have no right to judge you. Maybe she was drunk?!
If she is not going to stand behind you and support you and keep her big mouth shut, then she is not a good friend and certainly not one that deserves to be a bridesmaid! She may not agree and it may not be her belief to get married, but like you said, you stood by her and supported her and I am sure you didn't throw judgemental and selfish and stupid comments!
You will be happy...don't let it ruin your planning!

How old are these people? They sound like they need to grow up. I would send them packing. They would have no place in my life or my wedding. If they cannot support you and your marriage then they are poison.

Throw them away.

Listen this is your time and if people are going to go out of their way to hurt you in some way, then you really don't need them. This should be a joyous and happy time for the both of you. Focus on what's important and not the comments of those who try to destroy it in any way

Hey everyone Thanks for your words made me feel alot better.
I feel much better today and I pretty much don't care about what those people said anymore . I had my appointment yesterday and it went great but I am going to keep looking have another appointment next week with another place called the Riviera
My FH saw my face when we got back and ask if I was still upset ... I didn't say anything back but then as I was messing around on the computer I hear music and it was the song we had choosen for our first dance . He pulled the chair I was sitting in to him and pull me up and started dancing with me.
