Romper room??? I hardly think 15 and 18 year olds count as kids. I am not having kids under 11 unless they are in the bridal party.

I agree that 15 and 18 shouldn't be counted as kids.

That being said, I plan to invite all kids of friends and family, not because I can afford it, but because I'd like to be surrounded by ALL friends and family.

See - this is weird for us. Its like - where do you draw the line between kids and adults.

I figured adults only. . . FMIL thinks that we should be inviting family / close friends once they turn like that 15/16 age. (We haven't figured out exactly what we are doing yet! - I don't care either way)

At first, I was apprehensive, but when you think about it - 16 isn't a child. They will go there and have a good time. . . .and they are old enough to be excited for you and want to share in your day.

On that note, if you want to keep the list down and don't want to invite 'kids' around 15-18, I would only invite children in your BP and not siblings. Its the best way to avoid issues later on.

How did you include 'adult only' in your wedding invitation?

On the reception card it said

'adult reception at 7 pm...'

if you arent having a reception card you can have it put on your invite in the bottom corner in a smaller but similar font to state it
