We want kids... but were going to wait a lil while after the wedding before 'trying'. We want to travel more etc and figure we still have time since i'll turn 27 a month after the wedding. However, if it happens, it will be a blessing and we will both be excited!

My family (extended family) is calling me old already and saying we shouldn't wait. Oh well, we'll see. we might change our minds but for now 2 years from our wedding or so....

We want kidss .. But we def wanna be married and enjoy living on our own for a while.. We were talkin about this once nd my fh said wat like 5 yrs? I said whattt really loud (lol i was shocked) i was thinking of a year nd half -2 .. It was funny we both laughed.. Will only be 25 wen we get married so we do have sometime .. I cant wait tho there so freaking. Cute!!!

Wow .. Did u guys meet at college or something?
We met at summer camp during HS and we went to different colleges, then he lived in Grenada (in the Caribbean) for two years during Med School. He has been home on LI for one year this May

Yes, but we will wait a few years after our wedding. We want some time to ourselves before we have children. We will both be 26 when we get married, so I think it will be ok to wait 2 years or so.

Me too!!! FH will be 36 going on 37 when we get married and he's not getting any younger! Will probably go off bc a few months before wedding to let my body adjust :)

FH used to always say that he wants a baby, now he doesn't want one, and I'm the exact opposite. I never wanted kids but now i want them. I'm sure whatever happens, will happen for a reason. Either way, it won't happen for at least a few years. I have some more schooling I want to get out of the way first and that requires us to move around the country some.

i'd say right after the wedding, but it depends. being long distance for a while, I want to make sure we have time to enjoy each other and do couple things without kids first.
