Kids are too dang cute!

So this morning I am putting on my make up (and now that my little one is 5, she's way into watching me do this) and i always take off my e-ring because with all the lotions and stuff, it's easier...anyway, she sees it sitting there and says 'Mommy, did you leave your ring here all night?'

me-'no, i just took it off.'

her-'oh, well, are you going to wear it all day again?'

me-'yes, i wear it everyday.'

her-'oh' [in that 'ah shucks, i was hoping she wouldn't say that' tone]



i let her play with my high school class ring b/c i could care less about what happens to it so she must have thought she had a chance.

You mean... you bare mineral make-up??

yes, my bare minerals make up. you got a problem with it i'll swirl, tap and buff you to death.

Yeah, stinkin FMIL is getting her make up 'done' and FSIL's so now I have to shell out $$$ as well...there is no way i am risking an 'ok' application if that wench (FSIL) is having a 'pro' do it....grrr. i stopped by the store last night to inquire about 'freelance' work...they gave me #s for some of the girls.

They cannot outdo you... regardless!!!

Maybe you can find a salon that is reasonable.
