I was talking w/ FH of the situation of Kids or no Kids and we really don't know what to do, we are having a very small wedding and we dont know what to do with the kids. My question is if we decide to put a cut of age in the kids that can attend or if we decide to have no kids at all, how we let people knwo??? Should I put it in our wedding website (which link will be in the save the date)? or how should I announced to the guests??

Re: kids in the wedding
It should be stated on the envelope, specifically the inner envelope.
For example you have a mom and dad, daughter (16), son (8)
Mr and Mrs.John Smith and Ms. Daughter Smith or you could give Daughter Smith her own invitation.

Re: kids in the wedding
You write on the invitations specifically who is invited. If there is a family that has like a 5 year old and a 16 year old, write Mr & Mrs. ____ Miss/Master _________
If they question it, just explain that there was an age cut off.

we're going to do this and also have put on our wedsite that we are aiming for an intimate adult ceremony and reception. Hopefully that makes people understand the reason why and that no children are allowed.
