so i just booked my photographer a week and a half ago..
and apparently i got a postcard in the mail from them today saying 'we'd like you to come in and look at our packages-and with any booking we'll give you a hundred dollar gc towards a package and a free 20x20'
um well obvi. i was on a mailing list, but i want this stuff now--do you think if i call them they'll honor it?
ps--its from the same photographer that theres a thread about now on bhb

hmm if they're smart they'll honor it. (good customer service) it was their fault they kept you on the list as a non-signed bride.
does it state anywhere on the postcard that it is only for couples who haven't booked yet?

ummm they better honor it!! thats crap if they dont, just beacuse you already booked they wont give you the deal theyre offering now? that would seriously be a no-no on their part
