Kind of bra?

Kind of bra?

Ok ok ok... I know there is already a post about 'where' to buy your wedding day bra. But my question is what kind of bra should I wear? I've heard of girls sewing their bra into their dress. I think that might be a good idea (so that I'm not holding and pulling it up all day) but is everyone wearing a strapless or one of those corsette things? I want something that is going to hold up me all night and snug!!!

I have a Maggie dress and I am not earing one...I am not big on top but the corset hold me in perfect. I have another friend who had a maggie dresss and she is a 36 C she didnt wear one with hers either.
I dot know what kind of dress you have but
Have you tried it withut a bra to see how it feels?

Yeah, when I originally tried it on, I had a strapless on but the lady clipped it up with the dress. I definitely think I need a bra. I'm a 32/34 D. Some of my bra's are a DD. So I don't think I'd be able to not wear one-gravity might have a problem with it! Hmmm..... I just want them to stay up and look nice all day. I don't want be pulling my bra up every time I dance or move around.

I would go with a longline bra/corset to hold everything in place

Great! Thank you.... So can I get that at a regular bra store or is that only sold at a wedding store? And do you get that sewn into your dress or just wear it normally?

You can get one at a regular bra store but I would check out Blums in Patchogue or Mary's in Woodbury or a place like that for the best selection. Also Mary's alters them so they fit perfect-- I pick mine up on Tuesday! I guess you could have it sewn in, but most I've seen you just wear normally.
