My friend had her mom (and FMIL) help the bride and groom light their unity candle... I thought it was a nice way to include the mothers. It was cute, they were passing the light of the candle onto the new couple.

my mom is feeling the same way. and she has no sons so she says i will never dance at the wedding. so i told her i will dance with her at my wedding and she said no that looks stupid. i said its my wedding and i dont care. so we r dancing to momma by boys to men. try asking her if she wants to dance with u.

My mom and dad are both walking me down the aisle. My parents are divored and personally as much as my dad is trying to reconnect my mom deserves it more she has been there for me through everything. FH mother passes away from cancer so we are going to dedicate a song to her and have all the siblins with their significant others dance to it along with us.
Maybe dedicate a song to your mom or put a special blurb in the program
