So there was a topic posted today on the '09 board about someone who's lunch was stolen at work. I had to post a story that happened at my old job. So how about you? Have you ever had your lunch randomly stolen at work????
At my old job, I brought in homemade chicken salad in tupperware one day. Well when I went to the frig to take it out for lunch, my tupperware was there, but my chicken salad was gone Someone actually took my tupperware out of the frig, scooped out the chicken salad, and then put the EMPTY tupperware back!

omg thats so gross, how can you eat someone else's food!? I mean im sure your chicken salad was great, but how do you know how long it has been there or what the person did in preparing the food! Some nerve!

That's how I felt that day!!!! The worst part was, my immediate co-workers asked if I wanted to order lunch and I said no b/c I brought it. Then when their lunch came in is when I went to go get my chicken salad!!!!!
Oh and the next day, someone else at work brought ingredients to make a sandwich....bread, turkey, lettuce, cheese. Well when he went to get them and put his sandwich together, his lettuce and cheese were gone!!!!!

oh my god i would be livid if that happened to me.... that is so incredibly rude and disgusting to say the least! thankfully this has never happen to me, otherwise i would go on a rampage and prob dust my tupperware for fingerprints! when im hungry watch out! hahaaa

See I always did that for prepackaged foods....yogurt, drinks, etc. But TUPPERWARE?????? It's obviously something that someone brought from home!!!
I just wish they would've taken the tupperware too. But to empty it out and put it back in the refrigerator????? I was floored. I actually kept closing it and opening it as if was going to magically reappear.

It has never happened to me, but I have heard stories of people stealing other people's lunch at my job. I mean come on that is soooo rude!!!

This has not happened to me personally (I usually eat out, though not so much anymore) but my mother department has this happen all the time. They swear it must be one person because someone will eat a few spoon fulls of each person food...I told her they need a spy cam

I've had my lunch thrown out because they were cleaning out the fridge and getting rid of old stuf...but mine was obviously not old!! At least give me a chance to tak my sandwich out....it was roast beef too!!! My favorite
This use to happen YEARS ago when we had this senior citizen working with us. She would eat others people's lunches. We also had another senior citizen working with us who had ordered a meal of mussells marinara or something and she put all the mussels shells down the toilet and clogged it...
I left a lean cuisine in the freezer for 3 weeks and went back the other day and it was still there...

I've heard of this happening at people's jobs. Thankfully, its never happened to me. The thought is just kinda disturbing!

That is why I have a bright red lunch bag, and eat a whole lot of healthy food. B/c noone likes healthy food.

My FH had the same thing happen to him more than once. It pissed him off so bad that he made A DOG FOOD HERO with lettace & tomato....that very same day it was gone! JUSTICE YES!!!! He has'nt had a problem since.
