Kinda a Strange Question

but what type of menu would go with this look (hope it posts)? I'm thinking upscale bbq? If you agree, list foods that could be served at an upscae bbq (stations and hors d'oerves, desserts, and drinks). If you disagree, please tell me what types of things you would serve instead.

Anyone?

I'm thinking

Array of Different Fries: Sweet Potato Fries, Steak Fries, and Curly Fries with Dipping sauces (can anyone reccomend dipping sauces)?

Roasted Corn off the Cob

Shish Kebabs

Grilled Vegetables (possibly on a skewer?)

Roasted Red Potatoes (the small ones)

Beans

Panini Station

Bread and Butter and Jam

Fruit Salad

Regular Salad

Different Types of Lemonade and Iced Tea

Beer

Anything else???

I cant decide whether the look of the table is bbq-ish or new england-y.

to me, its kind of a cross of both, so it doesn't really seem too much of either one, if that makes any sense

its bit of both...but more like an upscale bbq...
go for typical comfort bbq foods but do them up a bit fancier...You can do mini burgers with some interesting topping...Meat skewers with an interesting marinade...things like that...
definately do a nice dessert though...

There was just a girl on Platinum weddings, who did comfort food but all upscale, like really cute mac n cheese, little burgers, tomato soup, it was so adorable yet chic.

You could do anything so long as the presentation looks great!

I loveee bacon haha...yes, I'm jewish, but by no means kosher...his family is kosher booooo!!!! It ***** so much. We cant mix meat and dairy at the wedding, and cant have seafood or pork. Its so frustrating.

Kosher is the bomb though! We have one big dining hall but the Kosher one is wayy over on the other side, I always get my friends who keep kosher to steal me some dessert and food, the food is always fresher and better tasting! And the dessert and Challah
