So...I am on the phone w/ my bestest (and MOH) who is pregnant and whose water just broke - of which I am soooo super happy about. Anyways - for some reason I look down at my E-Ring, and it looked like one of the stones is loose in the setting. I think I am seeing things so I wait til I get off the phone and look at the ring - and...holy crap one of the stones is loose in the setting! I have 3 diamonds on the top of the ring, and I now decide to check the other stones and another diamond on the end is loose! AHHH! I am so happy I caught this now, but I am still freaking out about it!!!
And, of course, I can't get a hold of FH....grrrr...
Ok - thanks for listening to my rant!
ETA: I took the ring off b/c I am too scared to loose one of the diamonds...

First, YAY for your friend!! Thats so exciting!! Second, dont freak out totally about your ring, just take it off and put it someplace safe until you can take it to the jewler to be fixed!! No worries!!

omg this just happened to me...
First - TAKE THE RING OFF!! You don't want to accidently knock it and lose a stone!! Second - Take it to the jeweler along with your insurance and make them fix it!!
I put mine in an envelope and sealed the sides to be sure I didn't lose anything...SO sorry this is happening to you!!

that's one of my biggest fears! each time i take my hand out of a glove i check that all is in its place put it in the safest place until u can get to a jeweler!

Thats exactly what I am doing. And of course, I just talked to FH and he said 'Well, what did you do to it?' Ugh...
He is taking it to the jeweler tomorrow for me though

One of my baguettes was loose a while ago. I was freaking out too. Luckily I was able to bring it to the jeweler right away to be fixed.

It's FH's family jeweler and he is in Nassau county and we are in Suffolk - so not too bad. Won't be able to get it fixed today, b/c I am at work in NYC w/ the ring - but FH said he would bring it to be fixed tomorrow And yeah, my hand totally feels naked I just hope that it can be fixed in a day!

lol somthing happen to me my diamond fell out of my setting( the diamond gave from BF dad who just deals with diamonds) at work a few mths back i was freaking out because i could not find it so just take it off and go to a jewerly MAKE SURE THE FIX IT IN FRONT OF YOU, congrats for your MOH
