Kinda pissed

Went and bought shoes at bridal shoe boutique in garden city...and the shoes are nice but I get home and FH doesn't like them because they aren't high enough (he's 6'3 and I'm 5'2). he suggests i get stripper shoes. I'm sure thatll go over real great with the inlaws. and now I only have 1 week to return the shoes.

you should tell him that he should try walking around in 5 in heels for 12 hrs and see if he still wants you to wear them on the wedding day.

FH always says how he likes it when I wear heels when we go out and I should wear them more. Ummm, they are uncomfortable if you are in them all day, lets see how you like them. LOL

i think those shoes are really pretty! it stinks that FH doesnt like them b/c of the heel height but i dont reccomend stripper shoes, youll be on your feet walking, sitting, dancing, etc., for 12+ hours, you will be in so much pain! How about if you wear these for photos and stuff, but during your recpetion to switch into platform white slippers, i have seen some that are as high as 4-5inches.

Your feet and YOU have to stand on them all day. Trust me, get comfortable shoes. My feet hurt sooooooo bad by the end of the night, and my heels weren't even that high. So much for $100 shoes being comfy!

tell FH to suuck it. guys don't understand how it is to walk around in heels all day. trust me--go with your gut and what you like. he won't care anyway that day--cause he won't be looking at your shoes!!

i'm 5' and my DH is 6' -- i had 2 1/4' heels that day and it was fine
