Went and bought shoes at bridal shoe boutique in garden city...and the shoes are nice but I get home and FH doesn't like them because they aren't high enough (he's 6'3 and I'm 5'2). he suggests i get stripper shoes. I'm sure thatll go over real great with the inlaws. and now I only have 1 week to return the shoes.

i think those shoes are really pretty! it stinks that FH doesnt like them b/c of the heel height but i dont reccomend stripper shoes, youll be on your feet walking, sitting, dancing, etc., for 12+ hours, you will be in so much pain! How about if you wear these for photos and stuff, but during your recpetion to switch into platform white slippers, i have seen some that are as high as 4-5inches.
These might be comfortable b/c they have a platform for more support in the front:

Would he rather you wear 6inch heels for an hour than take them off for the rest of the nite..AND on top of it be complaining??
I def. suggest wearing something comfy especially if you aren't use to wearing really high heels.

If you like them then you shouldnt return them. If they are comfy then you also shouldnt return them. You can buy another pair and have these for when your feet get tired.

yeah I think thats what I'll do because they are very comfortable. I hafta put them against my dress to see if theyll go if they do I'll keep them. (I'm sure they'll be fine...you won't even see them anyway.)
