Just a vent - Super stressed right now. FH has a job where he uses a company car all day every day. Come next August his company is getting rid of company cars, giving a small allowance (I think) and forcing employess to buy their own car (has to be a certain yr or newer, certain price, etc). Put that on top of the fact that my lease on my car isup in June and will be buying our next SUV, and a wedding to pay for I can scream!!!!! I hope I can extend my lease on my current CRV for 6 months. Fingers crossed that that is still possible.

Ugh. Sorry I feel your pain!! FH SUV died last week and we were stranded. This is after we spent $1200 last month to get fixed. Just got our first estimate of $2800 to repair now... at a friends shop now to hopefully get a better estimate but looks like we will also be buying a car before our wedding. UGH!!

You may be better off leasing another car or just buying out your CRV because the leasing companies charge you by the DAY after your lease hase matured. Kinda like a rental. That could get scary expensive...

Whaaat?? Oh dear, not good at all! I wish I could buy out the CRV but since we plan to start a family soon we need something bigger, we do a lot of traveling upstate and already have 2 dogs. But thank you for this information. Worst case we buy our new SUV then let FH drive it August till after the wedding. Or get something off lease for him to use for work then get our new one after the wedding.
