kisses from the Bride & Groom - need help with candy for table

I went to a wedding once and they had a small fishbowl filled with hersheys kisses for the tables. They had a little sign saying Kisses from the bride and groom. I want to do this. I have very long rectangular tables so Im going to need 2 for both ends. Im assuming Ill have about 15 tables, so I need 30 containers. I wanted nice containers, but cheap - like fake crystal Any ideas? TIA!

You can check out Michael's or AC Moore.
They have small glass bowls that are inexpensive.

Also, just to maybe change the sign to it and add (hugs Hershey Kissesto the bowl w/ kisses) 'Hugs and Kisses from the ( new) Mr. & Mrs.

it's a cute idea, but not something I would want to do.

There is going to be SO MUCH food at our wedding and the food where I'm getting married is AMAZING! I don't want people to eat chocolate and then not be able to eat their yummy dinner. you know?

Would it be too little to put a kiss or two at each spot instead?

I've seen little circular labels that you can put on the bottom of the hershey kiss ..maybe you can put the little saying on the bottom of it? I'll see if I can find a pic for you.

Found one..do a search: hershey kiss labels (if you're crafty it could be an easy DIY project.)

PS I think it would be cute to have one or 2 in front of each plate.

IMO, it isn't necessary and just another detail for you to worry about.

I wouldn't sweat it. but do it if you want to.

We did this with our names and date and had the hall give along with 2 other small candies 1 each on a small plate next to the dinner plate. everyone commented how cute !

try your local thrift stores and goodwill...they always have glass vases and containers or baskets!

That's great!! THank you! I want to do something like this for our RD for everyone... I know Hershey's Makes Hugs candies, but I can't find them anywhere.

My sister is doing them for my un surprise bridal shower

Yes same exact thing I got the labels from ebay for hershey kisses, hershey nuggets and the mini bars ( goodbar, dark, krackel) those were the 3 candies they put on a small bread plate next to the dinner plate and on the dinner plate a small cake personlized box ( filled with pink almonds and lindt chocolate) and the black and white monogramed cookie. sweets were our favors. something yummy for the guest tummy!
